A group of local Expatriate Professionals with sound Iraqi, Middle East and International experience with focus on key – sector emerged with this idea considering that Iraq in general is lacking in specialized expertise in this sector and if they bring all this on one table then there could be huge opportunities for them to tap the lacking in this unsaturated market.
